Global Investor Program

The GIP is administered by Contact Singapore, a division of the EDB that advises entrepreneurs and business owners who are interested in relocating to and investing in Singapore.  Investors who are interested in starting up a business or investing in Singapore may apply for the Singapore Permanent Residence status (PR) through the (GIP) by submitting all the required application forms and supporting documents. Spouse and children 21 years and below  of investors are also eligible for Singapore permanent residence.

Investment Options
Option A: Invest S$2.5 million in a new business entity or in the expansion of an existing business operation.
Option B: Invest S$2.5 million in a GIP fund3 that invests in Singapore-based companies.
Option C: Invest S$2.5 million in a new or existing Singapore-based single family office having Assets-Under-Management (AUM*) of at least S$200 million.
